Lot 5 Retail Shell Building - The Promenade At Chenal

- Project Description: This project consisted of the ground up construction of a 9,000 square foot retail shell building. This project featured multiple exterior finishes throughout each side of the building to create an architectural appeal that ties this outlot into the rest of the Promenade at Chenal.
Mapco Express – Little Rock, AR

- Project Description: This project consisted of the ground up construction of a new convenience store and concrete parking lot. This required the demolition of an existing carwash and associated parking lot. This project was our first Mapco and we were able to reach substantial completion in 90 days.
Mapco Express – North Little Rock, AR

- Project Description: This project consisted of the ground up construction of a new convenience store and concrete parking lot.
Mapco Express – Sherwood, AR
- Owner: NTI LLC
- Architect: Dimension Group
- Project Description: This project consisted of the ground up construction of a new convenience store and concrete parking lot. Extensive remediation of unsuitable soils was required and we worked closely with the Geotechnical Engineer and Mapco to ensure that the required remediation was performed while monitoring the cost on a daily basis. We were able to complete this project approximately one month earlier than our contractual finish date.
Retail 5 Shell Building – Fairgrounds Crossing

- Project Description: This project consisted of the ground up construction of a 6,000 sf retail shell building for a repeat client. Shell construction included structural masonry and steel construction. We worked with the owners’ tenants to ensure they could begin their finish outs prior to the shell completion in order to expedite the overall build time of the project.

- Project Description: This project consisted of the ground up construction utilizing structural masonry and a joist/decking roof structure. The interior was also completely finished out as part of this contract. This project was built with limited lot lines and required close coordination with the shopping center.
Windstream Corporate Lobby Renovation
